If you don’t count snacks, I prepare twenty-one meals per week. That’s a lot of planning and cooking and shopping! So this week I decided to plan out the meals in advance, and only go to the grocery store once this week.
So I made a grid for each day of the week and each meal, filled it in, made a list, and hit Fred Meyer’s. This took most of the morning, but the cupboards and fridge are full, and I’m excited to not go to the store again for a while. Todd can go if we’re desperate. In fact, I think I would like to make this a Sunday routine instead of a Monday routine, that way Todd can partake in this endeavor.
