Set Up Meaningful Reports in Quickbooks


This may sound boring, but I’ve spent a lot of time getting the data in QuickBooks set up correctly, so that Todd’s business can have meaningful reports that accurately reflect the state of their business – like profitability by job and job type, and time allocation.  I started in May and went back to the beginning of the year, fixing all of the data and setting up a process for entering customers, jobs, estimates, payments received, etc, etc, and now I’m done, and we can move forward in a way that will hopefully be helpful to them.
