Started a Visual Meditation Program


I used to think meditating meant sitting in the lotus position, chanting with your eyes closed, but I’ve recently learned that there are all kids of ways to meditate.  So when I got an offer to try the visual meditation presented by Louie Schwartzberg called “21 Days of Gratitude“, I knew I had to try it.  Louie has an incredible Ted Talk on gratitude that I posted on my blog about a year ago, and his visual imagery is amazing.  Plus I have a very busy wandering mind, so I thought this might quiet it down it bit.  The focus of these meditations are on gratitude, but also cover topics like purpose, focus, passion, balance, and letting go.  The imagery is spectacular, and having the images for me to focus on does quiet my mind.  I highly recommend giving it a try.  Why not?
